OVERVIEW
Welcome to LP ("LP", "we", "us" or "our"). We operate the online store wearlp.com and provide made-to-order apparel and accessories (the "Services") to you, our customer. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or any of our policies, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase from LP. You agree that all information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All LP products are made to order. Because we are a small supplier under Canadian tax rules, we do not collect GST/HST from Canadian customers. All posted prices include any taxes we are required to remit.
For international orders, we include any value-added tax (VAT) that we are responsible for remitting, so you will not be charged additional taxes at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product type. Promotional terms, when offered, will prevail if they conflict with these Terms.

SECTION 3 – ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Processing time for made-to-order items is typically 2–5 business days before shipment. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
LP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once we hand the package to the carrier.

SECTION 4 – RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
All sales are final because each product is made to order.
We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or with printing issues.
If you experience an issue, contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order and include your order number and clear photos of the problem.
At our discretion, we may replace or refund the item.
We do not accept physical returns for wrong sizes, incorrect designs, or change of mind.

SECTION 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the LP website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs — is owned or licensed by LP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written consent.

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites and disclaim any liability arising from their use.

SECTION 7 – DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Your use of our Services is at your own risk.
All Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
LP, its employees, directors, officers, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any agreements under which we provide Services are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
